Roberta Flack, Cher, Jason Gould, El DeBarge, Tiffany, Patti Austin, The Spinners, Rick Springfield, Martika, Oak Ridge Boys, Ricky Martin, Anne Murray, Johnny Mathis, Pointer Sisters, Sheena Easton, and Ray Charles among many. His work also has been featured in Films and TV shows such as “Top Gun,” “First Wives Club,” “Coming To America,” “Redline,” “Karate Kid III,” “Summer School,” “Fame,” “Fame/LA,” “Sons of Anarchy,” “Oprah’s Next Chapter,” “Santa Barbara,” “Guiding Light,” “Melrose Place,” & “Beverly Hills 90210” among others.

 He was an exclusive staff writer with EMI Music and Jobete Music (Motown) for a combined 11 years, having his own independent Kyushu Boy Music Publishing since 1990.

He served as well on the Board of Directors of the National Academy of Songwriters (NAS) in Hollywood for 4 years. and is a 30 year voting member of NARAS, (The Grammy Awards). He is also a long time member of BMI, ASCAP, SAG, and AEA.

Alan’s Coaching Philosophy: “I consider myself a real colleague and advocate for songwriters and will give whatever I feel is needed in each individual situation from “tough songwriter love” in a direct fashion, to being a cheerleader. I enjoy working with all levels of writers and have been known to throw in some stories from my own songwriting career when needed.”

Andy Goggin is a singer and songwriter whose work has taken him across continents. 

Recent projects include the recording of a new album of duets co-written with a collection of powerhouse female songwriters/vocalists. Two tracks from the project are to be featured in the American national television series, Synchronicity. 

He has been invited to The House of Songs (Austin, TX) where he has collaborated with other prestigious songwriters. His entries, “Jesus and the Man in the Moon”  and "Waterfall" are prize winners in the international Song of the Year contest. 

Andy Goggin has built a successful career around his musical talents. He has a full catalogue of original songs and a range of artists recording his work. He collaborates and co-writes with musicians from around the world, He encompases an incredible range of genres and stylistic approaches.
